Full Ceramic Cartridge for Press-On Filling Workflows

ILEVA FCC01 combines a full ceramic center post, ceramic heating element and flat ceramic mouthpiece in a standard 510-thread format. The snap-on tip is designed for hand-press assembly after filling, giving buyers a clear alternative to screw-top or arbor-press cartridge formats.

Available in 1.0ml and 0.5ml capacities, FCC01 is designed for standard-viscosity oils and thicker extracts including live resin, live rosin and distillate. Its two elongated oval intake openings are equivalent to four 1.8mm holes, supporting steady oil intake and an anti-clogging design.

FCC01 was launched in 2018 as the world’s first full ceramic 510 cartridge. Its no-metal-contact construction, heavy-metal-free materials, leak-proof sealing concept and clog-free performance remain important reasons brands use it for premium cartridge programs.
